I could still argue the fact that a tem that doesn't even see the post season doesn't deserve to have an MVP... but I won't. Congrats.

Well where would they have been without him? That's like saying the Heisman should go to the team who won the national championship when obviously steve slaton should get it.

If a team is in the race until the end or just before it, it's almost as much wieght as playing on a team that actually wins it. Unless of course it comes between two players going head to head in a division.
....but that's just how I'd vote.

also is it fair to exclude a player because his team don't win. MVP is a regular season award with a flaw

Radio guys are trying to say that he saved a franchise. I guess I can go for that. They were kind of in the shitter until Howard turned on some magic.
