What a disgrace to college football - University of Miami. They have always been a cocky, arrogant, chest thumping, primadonna school. This year they are taking it to a new level. First stomping on on the Louisville logo, now a riot (no I didn't call it a brawl) against a lesser team in FIU. They celebrated on the 50 with thier helmets raised after beating FIU..... FIU!!! How fucking pathetic. Can't beat a real team, so you have to resort to thuggary and hit people over the head with helmets, then celebrate a win against FIU like you just beat USC. Sad really. No thread of sportsmanship within the entire program. Arrogant thugs like Ray Lewis, Warren Sapp, Jeremy Shockey, Kellen Winslow, Bennie Blades, and Michael Irvin have been products of this disgracefull university. The NCAA should make them inelligable until they make a personality change.

It really is disgraceful to the game. Miami is a black mark on college football. And let's not forget FIU did start the fight and played a large role as well. It really is inexcusable. Both seasons should be suspended.

Im giving a 15 speech in English class on Thursday about how College Sports Programs should be reformed and all of the different contreversies following Pro and college sports. I'm going to show a clip of the fight at the U, along with Haynesworth's ' head-kicking' sphele and Artest jumping into the crowd along with other video clips.
Donna Shulala should really have done more to dicipline those guys.

How should they be reformed? More strict rules is basically what I hit on in my speech today. The NCAA really needs to buckle-down and get serious about the way their athletes act.

you guys are killing the U....that's my school....arrgghh.... anyway....a lot of things happened behind the scenes in the weeks leading up to this...and it is important to note that a lot of the FIU players were local producs of the miami area who weren't recruited by the school. Those factors played into the riot....but the 'Canes aren't starting riots every week...and they made an effort to restructure their image in the seasons prior. The Ken Dorsey two time title teams (really, we all know OSU was given the game on that pass interference 4th down call) we're perceived as what was right with college football. The U can come off more arrogant than the rest, but that is simply because they can boast a recent tradition in the NFL that no other school can come close to. I hope to see the Canes get back to prominence soon...so you guys can hate on me some more
