I thought my computer wasn't working right. Maybe they are doing some revisions. Then again this is catgames and I shouldn't get my hopes up.

I have also been to the Newark Stadium. It's very nice too. Most of these minor league stadiums are really nice. Principal Park is a beautiful stadium. There are no bad seats at a AAA game. I've been to several minor league stadiums and they all have good seats no matter where you sit. It's because they don't usually have more than one or two decks.

Any preference on a photo to go with the story? Not really you can put whatever photo you want.

Yeah that's him. He was in the dugout because he was injured at the time so he wasn't playing.

A Minor League Experience By Eric Castillo
I went to a Somerset Patriots game and they were playing against the Lancaster Barnstormers. I went early with my dad so we could get good seats. We got seats in the third or fourth row and right next to the Patriots dugout. I saw the manager of the Patriots and got his autograph because he was the one and only former Yankee great Sparky Lyle. I also went up to their third baseman for his autograph because he is Jeff Nettles, the son of the former Yankee great Graig Nettles. I talked with him a bit but then he had to go warm up. The game went into extra inning and people left so I moved up to the front row to watch the game and I saw one of the players in the dugout playing with one of the used balls. When he was finished he called me over and threw me the ball. The game ended when one of the Patriot hitters drove in the winning run to win the game.

That's what I want you to post. The title should be My First Pitch Experience with Joel Piniero (preferably with the n with a squiggle) by Robbie Trachtman. ñ <---- is this what you mean?

I got a couple more contenders for closer. Maybe we can do a bullpen. Rich "Goose" Gossage Sparky Lyle

This is what I want next year to be the starting line up by positions and pitching rotation.
C - Jorge Posada 1B - Maybe Giambi or Andy Phillips 2B - Alfonso Soriano SS - Derek Jeter 3B - Robinson Cano LF - Melky Cabrera CF - Johnny Damon RF - Bobby Abreu DH - Hideki Matsui
Rotation 1 - Barry Zito 2 - Roy Oswalt (acquire him in a trade for A-Rod) 3 - Chien-Ming Wang 4 - Jason Schmidt 5 - Carl Pavano (if he's healthy)

Torre is definately a goner. I'd prefer Girardi over Piniela though. A-Rod, Giambi and Sheffield have to be history too. Move Matsui to DH and develop Andy Phillips at 1B. I want to trade A-Rod and Giambi to the Cardinals for Pujols (if they don't accept it maybe the Yankees could eat some of their salary). Then sign Soriano again and play him at 2nd and move Cano to 3rd (his original position in AAA). Then drop Mussina, Sheffield, and Wright, Johnson will probably retire, play Melky in left, DH Matsui, and finally pick up Zito and Jason Schmidt. I doubt it will all happen but it could. The least likely of them all is trading A-Rod and Giambi for Pujols.
