In 2002, the Yankees and Orioles played against each other and wore a patch commerating 9-11. It was in the shape of a pentagon with a partial American flag. The flag was positioned so that only 9 stripes and 11 stars were visible.
Does anyone have any info about this?
A picture of one would be nice.
All I remember was they wore it for one day, and I think they sold it with the proceeds going to the families of the victims.
